This warning serves as a notice to rectify the infringement issue. A store will be allowed up to two warnings, with each warning signifying a separate instance of reported and verified infringement.
Third Violation
Upon a third verified report of IP infringement, the store will face suspension. This suspension will be permanent, reflecting our commitment to protecting intellectual property rights and maintaining the integrity of our marketplace.
Appeals Process
We provide the option for store owners to appeal against a suspension. This process is designed to address any potential errors or misunderstandings in the infringement claims or verification process. Contact [email protected] to dispute a suspension.
